Oh, You Are Everywhere
4” x 4” | Mixed Media on Wood Cradle
Acrylic, ink, pastel
Warm yellows, oranges, and soft pinks create a glowing, joyful ground where marigolds rise from a wonky, imperfect pot—alive with movement and presence.
This small piece reflects the awareness that presence is not distant or fleeting, but surrounding—woven into every part of what we see and experience. The marigolds stretch and scatter with energy, suggesting a fullness that cannot be contained.
As with others in the series, marigolds are chosen for both their vibrant beauty and their connection to vision, subtly tying together the physical and spiritual act of seeing.
Layered within the piece is 2 Kings 6:17:
“Open his eyes, Lord, so that he may see.”
Though softly embedded, the verse anchors the work—pointing to a vision that expands, revealing presence everywhere we look.
