Happiness is in Obeying

Deuteronomy 11:26-28 sums it up like this:
“Obey and you will be blessed.
Disobey and you will be cursed.”

Why is it so hard at times? I know it helps me if I keep the word in front of me,literally, on notes, bookmarks, written on my calendar pages…

What do you do to keep the word in your heart and on your mind?

Bible Art Journaling technique here: I printed this template and placed it behind my page. This page happen to have a wide margin and fit well. You can always resize on your computer or on the printer to fit your desired page. I then traced it LIGHTLY with pencil to be sure I liked the placement.Followed by tracing it with waterproof,acid-free Pigma Micron black marker in black (.o3 size) I let it dry a bit before erasing lines as after you use watercolor pencil or watercolors, the pencil will not erase. I followed with my watercolor pencils. I didn’t water activate this one but do love how soft the pencils are on the thin Bible page.Darkening the stone along the sides to add depth. The ray I toned the entire thing with yellow Look close and see how I left a bit of the yellow glowing from stones before starting to layer with the orange but not taking it to the top edge of the ray. Finishing up with a date. hope this helps! Love to see your interpretation of Deuteronomy 11:26-28 or other verses you apply this to.
